Missing Sandrine Jourdan Part X

Standard

This blog was written without anyone’s approval, endorsement or prior knowledge.
Initially my only goal in releasing these blogs was to find out what happened to Sandrine, but I have realized that there was another reason to release them; to warn others.

Sandrine Jourdan has been missing since Friday the 13th of July 2012.

She was declared ‘deceased’ by a coroner in 2016 by either “suicide” or “foul play”, but, disappointingly, the coroner stated that “there was a greater likelihood that she had suicided” based on the information that the officer/s working on Sandrine’s case had supplied.

The officer in charge of Sandrine’s case, Steve Watts, has stated there were ‘no new leads’, no matter how many people came forward regarding a person of interest, Bradley Ainsworth, who was Sandrine’s ‘friend’ for approximately a decade.

The coroner’s report included the fact that Bradley Ainsworth attempted to coerce Sandrine into a double suicide two days before she disappeared.

There was no mention in the coroner’s report regarding the fact that Bradley was also furious with Sandrine at the time of her disappearance or that he had made it clear, in writing, that he was going to sort out his issues with Sandrine “once and for all” that day.

The police were given evidence to prove how angry Bradley was with Sandrine at the time.

There was no mention in the report of Sandrine’s distress due to Bradley’s behaviour toward her in the days before her disappearance.

Sandrine did not express any thoughts of suicide to her friends or loved ones at the time of her disappearance when she contacted them.

The only person who seems to maintain that Sandrine was suicidal is Bradley Ainsworth, although Ian Cannard, Sandrine’s former partner and a friend of Bradley Ainsworth alluded to her “troubled mind” being a factor in her disappearance.

Sandrine spoke of fearing for her life at the time of her disappearance to family and friends, including myself.

There was no mention in the coroner’s report that Sandrine’s diaries were full of upcoming events, some of which she had paid for in advance.

Sandrine had a home until she she left Ian Cannard three weeks before she vanished. She had applied for housing due to her recent breakup with Ian Cannard, and the application was successful, being officially approved in the days after her disappearance. However, police had described her as “transient”.

Sandrine’s message to me on the very early hours of the 28th of June 2012. Read from bottom to top.

Sandrine left Ian Cannard on the 27th of June 2012.

There was no mention in the coroner’s report about the fact that Bradley had planned to pick Sandrine up to take her to a “drum retreat”, as Bradley admitted on the A Current Affair program “Missing Mum”.

There was no mention in the coroner’s report that Bradley had been living at the Chenrezig Buddhist retreat where Sandrine had planned to go that weekend, to celebrate Bradley’s birthday. The fact that Sandrine did not have her car with her on the day she disappeared is relevant.

There was no mention in the coroner’s report that Sandrine had written in her notes two weeks before she vanished that she had been raped by Bradley, Ian and a police officer friend of Ian’s by the name of “Paul”, although all of Sandrine’s notes were given to the police.

Police corruption or plain incompetence?

If you’re thinking that I’m implying there was a monumental police cover-up in Sandrine’s case, you are correct. It is obvious to me that when one of their own was implicated in Sandrine’s disappearance they literally shut down all genuine inquiries and sought to implicate the victim as the perpetrator of her own death.

If you keep up with the news, no matter what country you live in, you have probably heard of or experienced police corruption yourself.  Very recently the case of a former NSW premier and federal senator Kristina Keneally’s son, Constable Daniel Keneally was charged with fabricating evidence against an activist. This ‘officer’, had the activist jailed for making threats that he didn’t actually make. Fortunately the victim in this case recorded the interview with the police which proved his innocence. The former Constable has since been found guilty.

Through my cannabis activism I have seen Queensland police, first hand, perjure themselves in court by presenting ‘evidence’ that was not mine. I was arrested without a warrant and I was even jailed for a day by ‘Magistrate’ Bernadette Callaghan based on paperwork that she didn’t have. Yes, she had to release me when she realized she had committed a crime against me, and it was made public. My point is, corruption is real. When I became aware of what (some) police were willing to do to secure a conviction or save face I made sure I recorded all my interactions with them.

The rape

When Sandrine disappeared on the 13th of July of 2012 her family were able to access her social media accounts, her devices and her diaries.
Among the many pages of diary entries and random sheets of paper was a note.

In 2015 myself and two other people were informed by a witness that Sandrine had written about being raped approximately two weeks before her disappearance. According to the witness the note stated that Sandrine was raped by Bradley Ainsworth, Ian Cannard and a police officer called PAUL. Sandrine had mentioned that she had been raped to other people and it is noted in the coroner’s report.

Personally I have not seen the note but the witness is willing to testify to it’s existence.

Apparently Sandrine attended a police station to report the rape and made a statement, although that statement was never found. I wonder why! According to her notes she had also attended a rape clinic.

Who is Officer PAUL F?

Before I made any statements to police about my suspicions regarding Bradley Ainsworth a police officer contacted me. He told me that his name was PAUL F.
PAUL F told me that he was, quote “hacking Bradley’s Facebook”, and he asked me to send him all of the Facebook messages between Bradley Ainsworth and myself.

On it’s face it doesn’t make sense that he would be “hacking” into Bradley’s Facebook account and yet still require our Facebook messages. Police are not allowed to “hack” anyone’s account without a warrant. It’s clear that this man didn’t have permission to hack Bradley’s account but he had used his position as a QPS officer to coerce me into sharing what he otherwise would not have had permission to access.
PAUL F gave me his Queensland police ‘service’ email address and I sent all the messages between Bradley and I to that address.

Upon inquiring with the officer in charge of Sandrine’s case I was told that he did not receive said messages. Immediately alarm bells rang for me, not only because the conversation with PAUL F was so bizarre, but the nature of the emails, for Bradley, was so damning.

Because I didn’t, and I still don’t trust police in general, I felt my only option was to send a copy of my emails to the one QPS officer I thought was a good man. That officer assured me that the messages had been sent to the relevant officer in charge of Sandrine’s case.

Fortunately I had documented, in a Facebook message to a friend, the discussion with PAUL F. If I had not told a friend about the strange phone call from ‘officer’ PAUL F I would have forgotten his name because not long after the time of Sandrine’s disappearance I had to forgo my email account with ‘Bigpond’ and began using a free email service.

Keep in mind; PAUL F contacted me before I spoke to the police about Bradley. It is also notable that PAUL F was not found to be attached to Sandrine’s case.

My questions are;

Why would ‘officer’ PAUL F contact me regarding Bradley Ainsworth before I had expressed my concerns about him to the police?
If PAUL F was sincerely investigating Bradley Ainsworth why didn’t he give the Facebook messages to the officer in charge of Sandrine’s case?
Is PAUL F the same man that Sandrine wrote about in her account of the rape?
If PAUL F was the same “Paul” that raped Sandrine was he fishing for information because he was afraid that Bradley had told me something that may have linked him to the crime?
Why did the officer in charge of Sandrine’s case not investigate who had requested the messages when I told him that I had sent the messages to one of their own people?

When Sandrine stayed with me at the beginning of July 2012 she told me that she was afraid for her life, that she was running from people who would hack her computer and track her phone, and she told me that the police were involved. Sandrine was a truthful person who valued her relationships, and she valued honesty.

Bradley’s answer to the rape accusation

When Bradley was informed that Sandrine’s family were aware of the rape accusations his reply was, “If Sandrine said I raped her 3 weeks before she went missing, why has no one come forward to charge me?”
It doesn’t take a genius to break down what Bradley said. There was no denial, no outrage, just a question; “why has no one come forward to charge me?”.

Rape accusations can take a long time to go through court, but Sandrine disappeared not long after she had apparently reported it to the police. Is that why, in Ian Cannard’s words on the ACA “Missing Mum” program he spoke of Sandrine having “been disappeared” referring to her in the past tense?

A logical breakdown of the concept of ‘double suicide’

Double suicides, or suicide pacts, are relatively rare and usually involve older married couples.

I think most of us are familiar with reports of two people, generally older couples, who for some reason, be it poor health or financial issues or issues that effected them both, decided together that their lives were unlivable.

From what I understand about the concept of a ‘double suicide’ is that it normally involves two people that agree that they want to go together, not one person who is furious with another and attempting to coerce the other person into killing themselves!

What kind of ‘friend’ attempts to coax someone into committing suicide?  Some friend! It has to be noted that Bradley Ainsworth is still alive, 11 years after Sandrine’s disappearance, so perhaps he wasn’t as suicidal as he wanted Sandrine to believe he was.

Bradley Ainsworth, still alive 11 years after attempting to coerce Sandrine into suicide.

In the beginning of the ‘investigation’ into Sandrine’s disappearance there was a news article that stated that Bradley Ainsworth and Ian Cannard didn’t know each other.

“News.com.au would like to make clear that while each of the three men, who were not previously known to each other, were interviewed by detectives in the course of their initial investigation, none of them has been declared a person of interest. All three men vigorously deny having anything to do with Sandrine’s disappearance.”

I’ve stated previously that I can confirm and have proof of the fact that Bradley and Ian did know each other, in fact, Bradley introduced Sandrine to Ian. The question must be asked; why did they deny knowing each other?

Sandrine has been declared deceased and her murderer still walks among us.
